Very good airbnb, gerson is very friendly and recommended a Tuk tuk that I always took us and brought us well, they accepted our kitten , the truth was 10/10 with the place maybe only the location was a little far but away a very good place to stay , I recommend it!!

We had a very Lovely stay my brother Jacob and I. The room and the amenities was very good. We appreciated the helpful staff and the natural views and the guests which we met. We were there for a week in early February. Many Thanks to the staff..!!

We've booked the place for almost a week because I needed to do a bit of remote work and to have at least a good view (which was indeed very beautiful over the lake :-) ) + Clemente is very friendly and helpful; he was a bit sick at the time, but was very responsive and sent his son for check-in. Also when the nights were a bit colder then expected, he also sent over immediately a friend for an extra blanket, when we wrote him :-) + Beautiful view - Can be very loud at night, because of all the partying in San Pedro, so bring earplugs - some furniture was a bit dusty - at the beginning we were a bit afraid of the electrical shower head, because it uses so much energy that the lights get dimmer and it seemed to have no grounding... (but apparently such shower heads for hot water are very common in central america and we actually had no problems) + well enough equipped kitchen to prepare your own foods Overall i really recommend the place if you want to stay a bit in San Pedro, especia

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

The apartment looked just like the pictures except the view of the lake was even better! We enjoyed the rooftop patio and loved being able to walk everywhere. The location was ideal given its right next to the dock. We’d stay there again and recommend it.

Beautiful views of Lake Atitlan! Penthouse on the top floor was beautiful. Room was clean, ceiling fan kept the room cool when we had hot weather. Bathroom is shared with other room on your floor, they only provide enough towels for one room, so maybe bring towels. The kitchen & water is located in the top floor, so expect some flights of stairs if you want to cook a meal or get thirsty. Pro-tip: pack light as the walkway to the hotel is fairly steep. Overall, it’s a great stay for the amount of money paid and the host always got back to us about any issues. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This place is amazing! You can’t drive to it so make sure you understand where it is located. It is a nice short flat walk from where you are dropped off at and Jose is there to help with your bags. Very pleasant. The setting is like a fairy tale. Jose is so sweet and helpful. He even got me some groceries when I didn’t feel to go out. I was there for one month. Heaven! Susan the owner was great at communicating and even though I didn’t meet her I felt she was there for me.

A beautiful place very comfortable and safe ideal for spending a few days with your family

Was a delight to have the opportunity to spend with my husband, my son and his girlfriend. We all had our own private accommodations, with shared community spaces and places for alone time! Was a peaceful, beautiful setting! We absolutely loved our host. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your villa!

My friends and I had the best time at this airbnb. We loved it so much we wanted to spend all the time here. The space was more than enough for 9 of us. This place has so many amenities we felt like we had something to do all the time, especially the lake access in the backyard. We spent most of our time swimming in the lake and jumping from the pier. Also the heated swimming pool with a gorgeous view was perfect to relax after swimming in cold lake water. Adolfo was very helpful and responsive. Very grateful for salvador, rosa and bella for making us food and getting us anything we wanted from the town. They made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Hope to be back here soon :)

An excellent place to rest, with a spectacular view. EXPERIENCE: When arriving at the location you have to climb some steps to enter the apartment, about 45 steps in a small alley so I would not advise to take someone with mobility problems, the place is very worthwhile, there are neighborhood shops and a restaurant nearby, the apartment is super clean and tidy, it has all kinds of amenities, living room, churrasquera, fire pit, pans, stove, microwave, refrigeration, pure water, TV, clean beds, sheets, towels, sanitary ware and super clean showers, dining room, all 10/10. TRIP: I recommend traveling to Panajachel and from there looking for the location, it is about 20 minutes away, I recommend doing super in Panajachel. HOST: Great attention, always responded and was pending our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back, congratulations to the host for their attention and have the apartment impeccable, best regards.
