There is a bathroom and toilet, two sleeping places in the bedroom as well as two sleeping places on the sofa bed in the living room. Bed linens, towels, tea towels, and dishcloths are provided. Coffee and tea (as well as filters) for the first night. There is internet, radio and DVD, board games and books. In the kitchen there is a fridge with freezer, stove as well as service and cookware. The house is one large room and is located in Tøndermarsken in the southwest corner of Southern Jutland, near Møgeltønder, Rudbøl and Tønder. There are large windows with a view of nature and fields around 360 degrees and you can optionally close the view with blinds and make it more evening cozy as needed. In front of the house is the heron in the lake and there is the opportunity to see buzzards, swallows, ducks, etc., as well as large flocks of starlings in spring and autumn. All of this helps provide a natural experience.

The house is centrally located a few meters from Tønder's cosy pedestrian street with cafes and shops. There are a few meters to the park and the nature area at Vidåen.
