Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in the heart of Edenkoben directly on the Weinstraße. The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

Come and rest in this unique cocoon open to nature. The Z1 is spacious and comfortable for 2 people and pleasant for 4 people. View of the wooded mountains, as well as the pretty village of Saint-Quirin, its priory, and the pretty chapel on the hill. We have implemented "firm" reservations in light of last-minute cancellations without reason, but we remain open to discussion for cases of force majeure
