Apartment "pure erholung" / "pure relaxation"

pure.erholung - die Seele baumeln lassen, frische Bergluft einatmen, die Natur unter den Füßen spüren, einfach sein! Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex that is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

Living next to the King

Live in the König's (King's) neighborhood. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Hohenschwangau, as a starting point to Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle. In 5 minutes you can reach Schwangau, the village of the royal castles with the castle brewery that spoils you with Bavarian specialties. The historic old town of Füssen with many restaurants, shops, supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Arrival via the A7, exit Füssen, keep following the signs "Königschlösser"

Enjoy and relax in the most beautiful time of the year in this spacious apartment with good amenities. It is centrally located, but still quiet to explore the Allgäu with all its sights and possibilities. In summer you can go swimming in the Herzmannser Weiher and enjoy sunbathing. Suitable for 2 people. If necessary, there is an additional sleeping accommodation on a cozy sofa bed. Beautifully located in a protected landscape area with a south-facing balcony

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

A view that can be seen of the beautiful Alpsee. Immenstadt is about 2 km away and offers shopping as well as many attractions. Bühl with its many leisure attractions is a few minutes walk away. Many sports activities are offered in summer and winter: sailing, skiing (mountains easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, summer toboggan run and much more. The apartment is newly renovated and offers you the most beautiful sunsets.

The legendary baker can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. From the Memmingen highway you can reach us in about 10 minutes. The airport is a 15-minute drive.

Our completely new and lovingly furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with sofa bed and a double bedroom and spacious wardrobe. From all these rooms you enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a floor level shower, sink and toilet. Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

Comfortable, recently renovated apartment in the centre of Bregenz. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Lake of Constance or the Pfänder-ropeway. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Lage, dem See-Ausblick, die Ruhe, das Schwimmbad und Sauna. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Aktuell ist das Schwimmbad geschlossen, wegen Umbau bis ca Ostern. Sauna ist geöffnet.
