Apartments Stachy - Apartment Churáňov

The apartments are located in Šumava in a quiet location on the outskirts of the mountain village of Stachy near the forest at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski center Zadov - Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartment Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is a 10-minute walk, there is also a pharmacy in the village.

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cozy sleeping spaces. The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
