The location is ideal as a starting point for nearby and well-known ski and hiking areas in Graubünden. We have a small children's playground in the garden, and larger playgrounds can also be reached on foot. In Thusis, there is a nice, family-friendly outdoor forest swimming pool. The apartment can accommodate approximately 6 people. The location is perfect for both those seeking relaxation and those looking for an active holiday.

The spacious bathroom (19 m 2) and the bedroom (23 m 2) were also freshened up in 2018. In addition to the outdoor seating area, a parking space is available.
