Absolutely beautiful home, layout accommodated all 11 (6 adults and 5 children under 9) with ease! Quick to get to and was set to allow amazing views, we spent time watching horse drawn sleds giving folks rides on the golf course, as well as people ice skating. We ventured out for walks to enjoy the clean mountain air and visited with neighbors. The owner is easy to work and communicate with as well as the property manager made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond when we had an issue( the internet router went down and needed reset). We were here for the New Year's Holidays on a family vacation. The weather was perfect as we had plenty of snow even enjoying "snow days" as we don't often have in Louisiana! We took a sleigh ride after we enjoyed watching other every afternoon from this wonderful Family Room! Your house is such a comfortable one. I think it could have been called perfect. Todd COXMAS: COLORADO CHRISTMAS 2013 Our family stayed at this gorgeous home over the Christmas holidays. The home offers amazing views and has ample room with 4400 square feet. We arrived with fresh poinsettias and every amenity imaginable, including heated floors, garage and beds. The home is located on the golf course and at the end of a small street and directly across from a large tree filled lot that was excellent for the children to play in the snow! You feel selcuded and have unobstructed views, yet you are part of the Highlands primier neighborhood. It is approximately 8 minutes from all the shops and restaurants on Main Street and the gondola. It is 10-15 minutes from Frisco for tubing, dinner sleigh rides with Two Below, Walmart for grocery shopping and it is only 8 miles from dog sledding. The decks provide a great place to view the wildlife, views and great landscaping. David was quick to answer any questions and great to work with in renting the home. Thanks again, Jack and Margaret; Pinehurst NC The home is located in the prestigious Highlands subdivision in North Breckenridge, 5 minutes away from the gondola up to the slopes. The property overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. You must have a car in order to stay at the Chateau Sole - we are 5 minutes from town. A trip in the winter to Breckenridge would not be complete without experiencing our mountains! The Chateau Sole' is located 7 minutes from the base of the ski area where you can park and ride the Gondola up to the Lifts. This makes Chateau Sole' ideal for guests who wish to ski, and then come back to the home for lunch. Enjoy the homes 2 custom built laundry rooms, to hold and separate all of your ski gear. Keep your car warm at night in the large 2 car heated garage, no getting up and getting into a cold car! Breckenridge has been the most popular ski resort in North America for the past few years! Breckenridge was also named one of the top five ski locations in the world by the BBC in October 2006 and was ranked as the ninth best resort in the US by SKI Magazine in 2008. Peak 10 is the southernmost part of Breckenridge, servicing mainly difficult and a substantial amount of intermediate terrain. Peak 9 services mostly intermediate terrain, with a significant number of beginners runs on the lower part of the mountain, though it can also access expert runs such as Devil's crotch and the Windows hike to terrain that leads down to E-chair on the north side of Peak 9. Peak 8 is accessed from the Colorado SuperChair, Rocky Mountain SuperChair and the Peak 8 SuperConnect. The lower part of Peak 8 accesses mostly intermediate runs with some advanced runs. The back bowl on Peak 8 can be accessed via 6 chair or the T-Bar, both can be used to access the Imperial Express lift and the northernmost (Peak 7) and westernmost bowls (Lake Chutes), which include some very difficult terrain with slopes up to 55 degrees. The lower part of Peak 7 can also be accessed from the Independence SuperChair which accesses intermediate terrain. Breckenridge has a base Elevation of 9,600 feet / 2,926 meters and a summit elevation of 12,998 feet / 3,963 meters. Breckenridge also has a vertical rise: 3,398 feet / 1,036 meters and has 30 total lifts to service you! The lifts include 2 high-speed 6-passenger SuperChairs, 7 high-speed quad lifts, 1 triple lift, 6 double lifts, 1 8-passenger gondola (5 minutes from the Chateau), 4 surface lifts and 9 carpet lifts! With these lifts the capacity is 37,880 people per hour! So don't worry about standing in line, the town has you covered! There is also a total of 2358 acres / 954 hectares of ski terrain for you to enjoy! Breckenridge grooms 600 acres / 241 hectares (29% of total terrain) daily! For the advanced skiers, there are 772 acres of Bowl and 25 acres of advanced terrain Parks. The longest trail is Four O'clock - 3.5 miles / 5.6 kilometers.

Penthouse Ski Condo with Balcony and Magnificent Views

Floor-to-ceiling glass to see hummingbirds feed on the deck or watch the slopes through towering pines. This expansive, rustic-styled home on 3 levels showcases chunky log furniture and slate floors, and has access to 4 hot tubs and a heated pool. Per Breckenridge Town Code, Maximum Overnight Occupancy is 8. Parking for 1 car is included; additional space not guaranteed. With 1500 square feet, 2 main bedrooms, a huge loft with 3 beds, a pull out sofa, and three levels/floors, this condo easily sleeps ten people - ideal for a big family vacation or two families to share. If you have infants, you are more than welcome to bring their travel cot and set it up in one of the bedrooms; there is no additional charge for infants! Lower Level: The two bedrooms are on the lower level; the master bedroom has a large king bed, HDTV, and it's own fireplace. The other suite has a queen bed and HDTV. Both bedrooms have amazing views of the pines and snow. Also on the lower floor is a full bathroom with 6-person steam shower - perfect after a long day on the slopes! Main Level: The main level is the living and dining areas and another bathroom. The gourmet kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans, and other essentials you could need. The dining room has a large farm table and it's own fireplace to keep you warm. The living room has two large couches (one pull-out) and a reclining love seat, situated around amazing views of the ski area and an HDTV to watch one of the over 100 movies at the condo. Loft: A spiral staircase leads to the large loft area that has 3 beds - one queen and two twin beds. A full bath and television allows the kids/teenagers to self-contain themselves while parents relax downstairs or in their lower level bedroom. The roofline does drop over the twin beds, so adults and older kids have to duck (please see the picture). The queen bed in the loft has a tall ceiling above it. Location, location, location! Park your car at the condo or take a shuttle in from the airport and then the rest of your stay is in walking distance. In the winter, it is under 5 minutes to walk to the Quicksilver Superchair and the ski school - from here you can access all of the Breckenridge resort ski trails. Best of all, avoid paying resort prices for lunch by coming home to the condo midday. Main Street is also less than a 5 minute walk and offers dozens of dining options, shopping, playgrounds, and grocery stores. The brand new heated pool, 4 hot tubs, and pool house opened at the beginning of the 2018-19 ski season. Located right next to our building and viewable from our balcony, the pool and hot tubs are a great way to relax after a hard day of skiing or hiking. Guests will have full access to the condo - you can arrive any time after 4pm on the day of your arrival; we are often booked back-to-back so early arrivals cannot be promised. This is a remote check-in condo; you will be provided with a custom PIN for the entry door that works only for you. When you arrive in Breck, head straight to the condo and use your PIN to enter. Then use your PIN for the rest of your trip - that means no lost keys on the slopes and no key swapping with the tired members of your group if you are headed for another run. If you need any assistance before or during your stay, just reach out to us via the Airbnb app or through the contact info in the Visitor's Guide and we'll respond asap. The Inner Circle condominium building is in a beautiful, quiet part of Breckenridge. Surrounded by beautiful pines and aspens, the condo makes an easy walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair, Village Ski and Snowboard School, Maggie's Pond, Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, and Main Street’s shopping and restaurants. Free bus service (brown route) is steps away if you want to visit more distant points. Parking for one car is included in your reservation, but cars are absolutely not required. Shuttles operate from Denver and Eagle/Vail, and once you are here you really never need a car. Free buses service the entire town of Breckenridge, including shopping, dining, skiing, and everything in between. We are NOT a management company, so you are only paying for the condo... not overhead of websites, receptionists, advertising, and office buildings.

Guests have full access to the entire condominium Everything at VAIL HAUS is set up to run smoothly without us being there, so we won't likely meet in person. The condo is situated across the street from the Vail Run bus station which offers 10-minute bus rides into Vail village. As far as skiing/snowboarding at Vail is concerned, you won't need your car at all. You can hop on the free town of Vail shuttle directly across the street at the Vail Run bus stop. This bus stop services 2x free bus routes (Sandstone and Lionsridge Loop) that each lead to Vail Village (1.6 miles away) in under 10 minutes. To ski anywhere besides Vail (Beaver Creek, Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin), you will need a car.

The ski slope views are incredible. During the winter, you can see the Saturday night fireworks from the deck. The house is furnished in a comfortable, mountain modern style, with all of the modern amenities you would expect: wifi, smart tv's, Sonos, gourmet kitchen appliances, and a custom built ski/snowboard storage locker in the garage. You'll have access to the entire house + the community pool and hot tub. I have a maintenance and cleaning crew available 24/7 if any issues arise during your stay. The house is located in River Run Village at Keystone. The gondola, several shops, restaurants, and spas are all within a five-minute walk. In winter it's perfect for skiing. In summer go hiking, mountain biking, boating, or paddleboarding nearby. The community pool and hot tubs are just a few minutes away at the Dakota Lodge with towel service and a changing room. You can take the Colorado Mountain Express straight to Keystone from the airport. There is also a free ski bus that takes you throughout Summit county. The house has parking for 3 cars (1 in the garage, two in the driveway). The main Keystone parking lot is also across the street.
