Monthly Rentals in Sumner Beach

Fabulous accommodation in such a great location. Close to the beach and walking distance to everything you need in Sumner. We really enjoyed our stay and the house was so comfortable, it felt like home. Debbie was great to communicate with and the welcome bottle of Prosecco was much appreciated.

Perfect spot, with ever changing fantastic panoramic sea, city and distant mountain views. Great comms from Gabby before, during and post stay. Everything is as shown and described on Airbnb. Comfy bed and everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom for your stay, all perfectly clean and tidy. Lovely quiet spot tucked away in the hills (creating the amazing views), but only a short 5 min drive from all you need in Sumner, or 20 minute drive into Christchurch. We'd love to return on our next trip to NZ. Thanks Gabby.

We stayed two nights in Rachel's lovely little unit in Sumner, what a beautiful place to visit. The bed was comfortable and warm and the heatpump kept us very warm which was lovely on a cool autumn's night. The bathroom was immaculate and linen beautiful. We had a brilliant few nights at Sandra and Daryn’s place. Unfortunately the weather didn’t behave but we were always warm and comfortable inside. The view out is spectacular and the house its self is very well designed. Sandra and Daryn had stocked the house really well with all the little bits like oil and seasoning to help cook (especially when you don’t want to buy those things for just a few days). The local shops aren’t too far and the city is just a 30min drive away. The neighbourhood was super peaceful and we felt like we were in our own little world sat on top of the hill. Thank you guys for hosting us!
