Monthly Rentals in Sunny Sands

Lovely little place for a weekend away. Tidy and quaint with all the amenities plus some added extras. Gifted some lovely hot cross buns we enjoyed with a morning coffee from one of the local cafes! Just a note - bedroom curtains aren’t black out, so definitely bring an eye mask if that bothers you, but I really enjoyed waking up to the natural light. Great location too, harbour, beach & coastal trails all at a stones throw. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Beautiful home, fantastic location. Right down to the little things, guest book with helpful tips, lovely wash products in the bathroom, all round perfect stay! Would highly recommend 😀 Heads up on getting into town..we absolutely loved the coastal path walk, took ten minutes longer but well worth it and it’s 2/3min walk from apartment to access. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at deans place, it was perfectly located for the beach and some cute shops and lovely restaurants. We spent most of our time at the harbour arm which was bout a 10 min walk! Deans was greatly equipped and also lots of space. We will defo be returning back to Folkestone again!

Photos don’t do this place justice! It is such a nice apartment, gorgeously decorated and perfectly clean. Stocked out with complimentary toiletries, snacks, games, even perfume! Such lovely finishing touches. It is in a great location, close to the harbour, lots of pubs and restaurants. Balcony has views of the sea and cliffs. It is perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much
