The property has its own off-street parking at the front and rear of the property. After a day of fun at the beach or perusing the shops and local surrounds you can relax on the back porch and listen to the native birds and spot koalas as the sun sets. Luxe two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse a short 50 meter walk from the stunning Gold Coast beach of Northcliffe. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards.
