Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

3.5 room apartment Urnerboden (Läckistock)

The apartment is located on the largest Kuhalp in Switzerland. It is surrounded by idyllic alpine panoramas and is centrally located on the Urnerboden. Alpine dairy, village shop, church, cable car and restaurant are within a 5-minute walk. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with one double bed each and in the living area the sofa can also be used as a bed. On the private balcony you can enjoy the magnificent sunset and the fantastic mountain landscape.

Small but nice. 2 rooms - with private indoor pool

The indoor pool is closed from March to December 26 due to renovation. Our beautiful 2 room WHG in Laax is centrally located and leaves nothing to be desired. It has a modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher and balcony. Lake Laaxer can be reached within a 5-minute walk. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room are available. Thus, the apartment is suitable for 4 persons. During your stay, you can use the indoor pool, which is located in the house.

The tiny home Flurina stands on our nature campsite Viva on the young Rhine, embraced by a wonderful panorama. The photovoltaic systems produce the most electricity for your stay. The apartment is the perfect base for all leisure activities. It is right next to the Arena Express cable car station. Skiing, biking, downhill, hiking and swimming... everything your heart desires. In the main building, there are shops, a restaurant, a bar and even a cinema. Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.

This 3 1/2 room apartment in Vella leaves nothing to be desired. As a host, I want you to feel comfortable in my apartment. There are no personal belongings of mine in the apartment! If the desired dates are occupied or you do not find the price justified, please message me. Looking forward to hearing from you! I take the liberty of charging additional fees if the apartment is excessively dirty.

Beautiful studio right on the lake and at the bus stop

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. The post office car station is right in front of the house and is therefore very suitable for arriving by public transport. I also have a large TV with Swisscom blue TV. Feel welcome in my bijoux. I have recently installed a Multipure water filter in the kitchen. It filters out pollutants in the water.
