Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many places to visit; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (construction year 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a light and beautiful 2nd ground floor with separate entrance and patio door facing a lovely garden. This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Peaceful guest house with pool

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
