Bring the whole family, friends or colleagues to this newly built, modern house near the sea. The accommodation is just a short walk from the nearest swimming area and beautiful walking paths along the water. The house has a lovely balcony under the roof on the second floor, a terrace at ground level and a lawn. With its 190 sqm, the house offers two kitchens, two living rooms, four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms with toilet and shower. If you are several families, the house can be divided so that you have separate kitchens and bathrooms.

This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.
