Small charming house from 1909. The ground floor has a hall, kitchen with a wood stove, living room, and bedroom. Downstairs there are two bedrooms. Downstairs there is a ground floor basement, recreation room with fireplace and a toilet with shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes southwards, has a stream and a pond, beautifully located in a quiet place between field, mountain and forest. The track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1.5 km.

Welcome to Slotteberget 9. Bright, nice accommodation with stunning views of the open sea. The house is 54 sqm with a separate bedroom and bunk beds adjacent to the entrance. Upstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. Washing machine and extra freezer are located in the garage, which is wall-to-wall with the apartment. Parking is available adjacent to the house. Guest house location, see floor plan. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Most amenities are available such as washing machine, outdoor gym and outdoor furniture. The center with three restaurants and a nice swimming area is 1 km away. Hiking trails and running tracks are 200 meters away. More than two people = 300SEK/person/night Cleaning and washing of bed linen is not included, but you have to do it yourself, hang the bed linen and towels to dry when you leave, for that reason you also need to make the beds yourself when you arrive.

Here you live in a quiet and peaceful area in a newly built apartment in a villa. In a few minutes' walk, you can reach the beautiful strait in Hamburgsund. There are restaurants, shops, ice cream café, fish shop, etc. Tour boats to the beautiful Väderöarna depart several times a day, as well as the ferry to cozy Hamburgö with swimming areas and wonderful nature. Here you can accommodate up to 4 people and if you are a larger group, there may be the possibility that our second apartment for 6 people is available.

It is also close to Fjällbacka.
