For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Cabin by the sea - 40 meters from the water

Welcome to the house by the sea. The 40-square-meter house offers all amenities. Such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, stove, A/C TV, etc. One bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed. Walking distance to swimming and nature. Furnished balcony. To Stenungsund's center with shops and restaurants, it takes about 10 minutes by car. Excellent location for day trips such as Gothenburg, Smögen, Tjörn, Orust, etc. The cottage is connected to the main building. Bed linens are included in the final price, Pets are not allowed.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Welcome to our home, just 100m from the ocean! Here, an eight-unit house with panoramic views over the sparkling blue sea is offered. The home is modernly decorated and filled with natural light. It's the perfect place for relaxation and beach activities. On the private sundeck you can soak up the sun, swim in the hot tub, or grill the evening's dinner. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Good space for 2 families (must be 2 kids out of 8) both inside and outside the house. Open fire in livingroom and iron stove in kitchen. Nature view. Horses next to the house. Wild animals (kind ones) in the surrounding. Lawn and playhouse. Close by car to shops, swimming and restaurants.
