Bright and cozy apartment in Byåsen

We rent out a newly built and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of our townhouse. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is in-floor heat and balanced ventilation in all rooms. It comes with parking space for passenger car on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is a 5 min drive by car or about a 20 min walk away. To the city center in Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

Sjarmerende, rolig og sentralt beliggende ettroms leilighet i Ila. Den har alle fasiliteter samt en behagelig sovealkove, egen inngang fra hagen og mulighet for parkering rett utenfor. Det er gangavstand til sentrum, Trondheim Spektrum (ca 5 min), NTNU, ST. Olavs Hospital, Bymarka og god bussforbindelse til Granåsen. Nærhet til alt av kollektivtransport. Ila er en hyggelig bydel med parker, kafeer, gallerier, fine turområder, bakeri og dagligvarebutikker. Alt dette så og si rett utenfor døra.

Cozy apartment close to the city and the field.

The basement apartment is bright and cosy, with approved escape window in bedrooms.Byåsveien is well trafficked, but indoors it is quiet. Apartment is located just outside the city center, about 35 minutes walk to the city and with very frequent bus departures from stop about 200 meters away. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk to Bymarka with miles of hiking trails, ski slopes and several nice bathing waters. Private entrance with key box(code).

The apartment is located in a historic house from 1865 with a large garden close to the fjord and views to Trondheim city. The city center is just a short bus ride away (10 min) and the city mark is easily accessible just above the house. Quiet surroundings. One double bed and one single bed, room for 3 people. Cozy apartment, central on Lade

Simple and peaceful accommodation in a central location. 5 min walk to City Lade, grocery just outside and short way to train station ( train from Værnes stops here). Metro bus with departure every 10 minutes is just outside the door. The barn trail and beautiful Korsvika are also in the area, in addition to THE SEA arena where they have swimming area and sauna available for drop-in. EC-Dahl's arena is also just across the road.

Dette spesielle stedet ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. Kort vei til sentrum, men også skog og mark om man skulle ønske det. Fantastisk utsikt over hele Trondheim. Ca 25min gange til sentrum, og 5min med buss eller trikk. Bussholdeplass 2min fra huset. Nærmeste matvarebutikk ligger i Ila, ca 15min gange fra leligheten.
