My property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and a family (with children).

Hocking Perth - Spacious 4 bedroom home

Welcome to Hocking - a peaceful suburb approximately 25kms north of the beautiful city of Perth. This single storey home offers you access to all amenities and plenty of sleeping space - 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Each room has built-in wardrobes. You’ll love it, a large spacious house with an amazing outdoor living space with the ease of the hop, skip and jump (literally only 300 meters) to the beach and 900m to the Scarborough pool! Free Netflix in the lounge room, with both bedrooms (one king bed & one queen bed) having ceiling fans and the air conditioner in the open planned lounge room cools the air on those warmer days. It's a great place for all travellers.
