Vacation rentals with lake access in Swan River

A neat, clean and tidy house that was a good base for our trip to Perth. Easy access to and from the airport and only a short drive or pleasant walk to Southlands Boulevarde.

The house is comfy and neat. The location is perfect (nearby to carousel mall, east vic park food district, curtin uni and airport). The communication is great with faster response and detail explanation. Will stay here again if we are visiting Perth.

Beautiful artistic space not far from the heart of Perth city. We used Anna's home as a back drop for our get ready space before our wedding ceremony on the South Foreshore and it was everything we imagined. There was one mishap that occurred due to a minor slip in communication but Anna handled it professionally. If you're looking for a stunning rustic/boho/chic environment to share with friends, Anna's place is it. Thank you for having us.

Michele is an excellent host with a superb friendly approach. Also,He goes out of his way to make your journey memorable and always available to help during our stay at his beautiful villa which is very centrally located and only 10 min away from the beach and 20min away from the Perth airport. We would definitely come back to his lovely Villa Venice. Thank you Michele 🥰

Dayo was responsive and helpful. The house is newly built so everything was new & spotless. It was tastefully decorated. We had a very comfortable stay and felt just like home or better! You do hear faint sounds of planes flying by since it’s near the airport or when vehicles drive by. However it is generally a quiet new neighborhood. I’m a very light sleeper and slept pretty well. Felt very safe going out for my morning walks and there’s a big playground in the nearby park. Definitely looking forward to staying here again when I visit Perth.

It was like taking a trip back to the 60’s, in the best possible way, when we walked through the front door! We stayed here for 4 months while insurance was fixing our home. Great little house with an enclosed back yard and pet friendly. Eddie was one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had and got back to us immediately if we ever had to contact him. I highly recommend this little charmer of a house AND Eddie, who was an absolutely fantastic host. The house is super secure and I felt safe there even when my husband was working away. 5mins from the beach, shops, pub and a great walk around Lake Coogee.

Beautiful location. Large spacious home. Private and secure. We had a very comfortable stay. Amaro was really easy and friendly to communicate with and we felt very welcome. We had our dog with us, but unfortunately, there was no grass on the property, so we had to take him on regular walks to pee - that would be the only negative. The dog won't complain, though. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend Amaro's place to others.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to stay for our family of 5. Everything was thoughtfully curated including the bonus coffee pods, bathroom staples and inflatable toys for the pool. Highly recommended A++.

Great views and location right on the marina, close to cafes and the beach just a short walk. Apartment had everything you need and as pictured and described. Lyda was super responsive and the instructions were really clear. Will absolutely stay again.

Great little spot for our family. Had everything we needed for a few days in the city. Easy to access and find.

Firstly the location was excellent, close enough to walk the city and far enough to feel away from it with greenery all around. There was some noise from the main road but only really noticeable during rush hours. The apartment was furnished with everything you need. The look of the apartment and whole building complex is modern and well presented. We didn’t need to contact Flaka throughout the stay as all instructions were clearly given. For those nights in when tired, uk peeps, if you have one, bring a fire stick as the tv is not fully smart but massive :-). In summary, lovely fully loaded apartment (super fast lifts), great location and lovely host. Worth the money if you want a central location. Oh, and look up ‘the good grocer’ in Meads street if you need a night in meal or nice wine!

We had a fabulous stay at Lyda’s property. Great location, close to the city, Kings Park and the freeways. Lyda’s instructions were very clear. Lovely setting decor. Projector tv in the main bedroom was a treat for a family movie night. Lovely welcome gift. Well equipped kitchen with all the basics to cook a meal at home. Everything was really clean when we arrived. Little touches like the kids games were appreciated. Great value for money! Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful weekend getaway with my children. Close to the beach and Fremantle, walking distance to shops. The place was beautiful and clean, highly recommend! Thanks, Floyd, for your hospitality :-)

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great — close to everything we needed yet quiet and peaceful. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made our stay very comfortable, especially with our young child. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I loved this apartment. Everything is beautiful, clean, immaculate and generous. The apartment has beautiful views of South Perth parks, city views, Elizabeth Quay and the river. We walked to many places i.e. cafes/restaurants, around the river, etc. I would not hesitate to book and recommend this place.
