The guest house is located next to our own home. The outdoor environment is shared. Close to Vasatorp GK and only 15 minutes to Helsingborg city and Väla. Access to large pool, orangery, outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi. In the owner's house there is access to a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car chargers are available, SEK 4/kWh.

Beautiful right by the sea.

Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This property is located as you can see directly by the sea. The property is modern and well-equipped and things that might delight the stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with sea view. Since the house is by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborgs GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.
