The property is located directly on the water. You have a wonderful view over the dunes to the water in the area from the kitchen window are very good and great restaurants are available. A three-minute walk to the bus stop, perfect bus connection all over the island. The flat more than met all criteria. Our host, was very eager, friendly and always inquired about our well-being. We would always book five stars again.

We felt very comfortable in Philipp's apartment. It is large enough for two people, has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, is modernly furnished and well thought out. Location is absolutely central next to Friedrichstraße, yet very quiet. Check-in and checkout were straightforward, Philipp responded quickly. All in all, a round stay. Thanks!

I had a very nice time in January at the apartment. The apartment offers everything you need and is very quiet. I have moved around the island by bus and the apartment is perfectly located between the ZOB and another stop for the buses heading north of the island. The apartment is right on the edge of the pedestrian zone, so you can buy rolls quickly in the morning. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you very much for the friendly communication and this beautiful place.

It was a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment, quiet and close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool once a day and find 5 stars it is at least worth it!! Thank you also for the nice welcome gift!
