Central apartment at top floor

Attractive apartment located very-first on Amager in classical redbrick property from 1924. Here you live centrally and with everything at your fingertips including within walking distance of Christianshavn Torv / Metro Station. (approximately 600 meters) The apartment: Beautiful and welcoming hall with access to all rooms. Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom with granite floor and white wall tiles. Bright living room with beautiful hardwood floors. An almost equally large bedroom facing the courtyard. You live on the top floor, get a little exercise by walking up to the fifth floor (or sixth if you are from the US). Please note there's no lift and 97 stairs from street level to the flat. There are plenty of shops, takeaways and coffee places in the area The apartment is easy to reach by public transportation: When arriving with train it's a 12-13 min busride with 5A og 2A from the central station. When arriving from the airport the traveltime to my apartment is around 17 min. Take the Metro and the jump of at 'Amagerbro St.' From there it's a 600 m walk.

The apartment appears in bright colors and has been completely renovated. It has 2 bedrooms with three-room beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with oven, hot plates and fridge - very well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table , as well as TV. The " residence " is the entire first floor of the " main house" of a former tomato horticulture. You will have entrance from cozy courtyard. A sturdy staircase with handrails to the first floor. A room faces east and has its own balcony. The other one faces south. Kitchen/living room to the west. The rooms are furnished with new beds, allergy-tested musk down comforters. There are comfortable chairs if you want to relax with a book. View of fields, horses and gardens. A rather large common room with kitchenette, electric kettle and fridge.
