ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants AND shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper + 2 comfortable twin floor mattresses so it can sleep 4. It's a tight fit for 4 but doable if you're close.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Recently renovated and furnished 1 bed / 1 bath apartment suite with a full living room, dining area and separate bedroom. King-sized bed, 55 inch smart TV, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, writing desk and bench, as you would find in a hotel suite. Note that there is not a formal kitchen in the unit. Close to fine dining in Tahoe City and walkable to the lake, dining and grocery stores, bike path located just across the street. Off-street parking space in front of the unit included.
