Luisa is very friendly, in constant telephone contact she immediately made us feel at home, really very helpful and flexible. She allowed us to use the cellar to store some luggage and other bulky things. During the stay a light bulb burned out but she managed to have it replaced despite her not being physically present. There was a very clear instruction book in the house with many useful directions. We were very satisfied.

Our stay at the Luxury Larch Loft was more than a stay in an normal apartment. It exceeded the quality and style of living by far. The quality and the love for every so little detail is just stunning and purely amazing. Mr. Johannes Gruber is a super host who cares about the guests more than any other hosts I ever had. He goes the extra mile and wants to make sure that your stay will be unforgettable and truly remembered. If you want to experience luxury in a beautiful area with a lot of hiking possibilities with a stunning mountain view, you can not miss this place. I highly recommend it to anyone!
