This place is a true gem. Abderrhman’s family welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The house is a beautifully decorated Berber-style family home, and our room was both spacious and thoughtfully designed. Dinner was exceptional—a home-cooked meal clearly prepared with care and love, just like one would make for family. We also enjoyed a peaceful breakfast with the scent of neroli in the patio, adding to the calm and beauty of the setting. We hope to return one day and spend more time in this tranquil mountain retreat. This is more than just a place to stay—it’s a home shared by good people.

If you want an authentic experience of living in Morocco, away from the glitter of a hotel, restaurants then choose this home. You will be part of a family of three generations who will take you as your own. There is no menu, you will eat what they eat, watch TV together in the evening, watch the villagers go to prayer. You will be the only stranger in the village and everyone will greet you. You will be playing with domestic children and children from neighbouring homes. hohamed and his family were super friendly, welcoming and generous! the rooms are tidy, and the shared areas are both quiet, relaxing and social if you wish. The food was all delicious and made with love. We borrowed bikes, went on walks and ventured on to dades. The neighbourhood is set in a lovely oasis, surrounded by nature and a community so welcoming and friendly. highly recommend!
