Colorful hipster home for friends or family

Relax in our calm, colorful space. The flat is on the first floor in a historic house in the best part of Kalamaja, the North-Tallinn hipster area. It has three rooms, a hall, a small kitchen and a bathroom. Good for friends or families. One bedroom has a 140cm double bed, one a 160cm double or two 80cm beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has the basics for breakfast, tea, coffee, porridge etc. PS No doors between the rooms, curtains to the living room and btw the bedrooms.

It is a very nice and cozy apartment in the heart of the Tallinn. It is located perfectly in between all the sightseeings, shopping malls and parks, 5 minute walk to the old town, Kadrioru park and 3 shopping malls.. Apartment is family friendly and can hold up to 4 people, 2 sleeping spaces in the bedroom king size bed and 2 on the sofa. Flat do have a separate toilet and bathroom with jaquzzi and shower cabin, Smart TV, WIFI, it makes it is easy for you to use your netflix, etc....

Apartment is completly renovated in high quality in 2018 summer. It has a nice little yard where you can park your car, drink morning coffe or walk your bet. Around 200m perimeter you will find lot of restos/coffes, shops, bars etc. Very popular area and lot is happening around the area all the time. Building itself is not yet renovated, but we are planing to fix that soon.

Within walking distance (right under the windows) there are 2 grocery stores, a market, an ATM, 2 pharmacies, a bakery, a flower and liquor stores. The house is in a closed area behind the fence. The house itself has a cafe, bar, dental clinic, travel agency and hairdresser. The apartment is on the eighth floor. The house has 2 elevators - passenger and cargo.

The apartment is located in the center of Tallinn, very close to all main amenities (food, transportation, etc.) It's super cozy and equipped with all necessary items. In the morning you can make yourself a breakfast from anything you find in the kitchen. There are stuff and clothes of the apartment owner. :)

My place is close to the city center, parks, art and culture, near shopping center and 2 km. to Old Town. Good transport connection to each side, free parking in front of or behind the house . Grocery store next to the house. My place is suitable for solo adventurers, couples and business travelers.
