Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

There are three cozy, simple bedrooms, an old farmhouse kitchen with wood stove and a quaint farmhouse parlor with a tile stove, which invites you to cozy hours. Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.
