Vacation rentals with a sauna in Taperapuan

I went with my family and we were very pleased with the accommodation! The apartment is clean and very organized, exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is quiet and very well located, close to the beach, several restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets. The host, Márcio, was super solicitous, responding quickly and sending clear information and guidance, which they assisted before and during the stay. The reception staff were also super helpful, assisting in everything we requested. We want to return!!

Wonderful apartment, just like the photos, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, amidst nature, quiet place and a 15-minute walk from the beach. Host Deise is a 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly! We love our stay in Arraial and we will come back more often for sure!

The house is amazing! Impeccable, clean, all in good taste and quality. My family was very comfortable and positively surprised by the house. Quiet surroundings, security, we were able to walk late at night on the street. 100m from the house there is La Plage, a beach club that stands on the sand in comfort and good food. 600m from the house we love dinner at bistro d 'Olivea. The location is like the photos shown on the website. It has 02 rooms on the upper floor that are small, but that fit 01 king bed and 1 single bed, which optimized the space. The kitchen is very well-equipped for big families, as was our case, and we had no problem cooking. The bathrooms have a very good size, however the shower is very close to the wall, so a suggestion is to put the longer barrel or change it for shower, to make it easier to shower. The site is very beautiful, close to the beach and several excellent stalls to spend the day. The staff at the condominium reception is very attentive, helpful and good face to meet us. The hostess was sincere when she warned that only two vehicles could stay inside the condominium, which avoided problems when we arrived. Very attentive and always responds quickly to messages sent. Anyway, we are very happy with the place and recommend it to those who have a large family. It was very worth it!

GREAT PLACE! EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!

House in an excellent condominium. All very clean, even with works close to the house. Very attentive employees. A large pool and very good for those who like to swim. Quiet locale. With Internet, service area, very good rooms and bathrooms. Arthur and Karla responded very quickly to everything we asked. Access to the Pitinga beach can be done on foot. The beach tennis court is small, but it's good to have it to play with and at the concierge offer rackets and balls for use. It is only bad is to have no shade for all the parking spaces and do not make the selective collection of the waste, but they are things that can be resolved. I plan to stay again.

Excellent experience. I was very happy and satisfied with the accommodation. 24h Ordinance, super polite staff, willing, always gave local instructions as well as the host, who in addition to responding immediately, tbm was concerned about our satisfaction and stay. Location easy to reach , the path is beautiful . There is 1 nearby beach that is 15 minutes away, and by car has 3 beaches that are about 5 to 10 minutes away. The beauty of the condominium is the same in the photos, and it is a super quiet environment.
