Great place to stay, beautiful scenery and views. Accommodation is very peaceful, in a beautiful setting. Ness is excellent, very friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. The added little touches for our young son were really thoughtful. Overall great location and place to stay, would definitely come back.

Great location with easy travel to areas such as Hunstanton, Wells next to the sea, Holt and Cromer. Lovely cottage that is well equipped, clean and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Easy walking distance into Fakenham and the village Hempton is a great place to bring dogs.

We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊

Two of us stayed at Poppy Cottage over the Easter Weekend. This a lovely house in a beautiful, quiet area. It is an excellent base to explore North Norfolk - the beaches are beautiful and there are some excellent walks. I would also recommend the local pub, the Crown Inn, the service and food was great. The house itself is perfect for two, had everything we needed and was pristine. Claire was very thoughtful and hospitable, popped by to say hello and gave us some tips and recommendations. She had also left us some yummy goodies in the fridge. We've had super break and we look forward to visiting again. Thank you!
