The Capanno is a real treat. quiet and comfortable place to stay. Cousins Sanzio and Milva welcomed us warmly, leaving us a very good tart. Great communication with Roberto who was always available for any information. We will definitely be back!!!! ❤

Beautiful views from the property, front and back. We found having the use of 3 bedrooms over our 3 night stay, afforded a relaxing stay for us and our children. We used it as a base to spend time on local beaches, near Cattolica marina, and for driving in the evening to visit Pesaro, Rimini and San Marino on the evening. Host was excellent with all communications, provided very clear entry instructions, and welcomed any questions if we had any queries. Plenty of secure parking space on the property. We did not use the cooking facilities but there seemed to be sufficient crockery etc One double had air con, the other 2 had ceiling fans which were a little warm for a family from the North of England! Overall, we had a lovely stay and would use it again as a base for visiting.
