Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

Welcome to our beautiful Heestrand, which is a quiet and beautiful oasis with nature right next door. During the summer, boating is intense. It can be entertaining to watch the traffic. In the bay, many boats seek a night port as it is protected by mountains. Here are also beaches. The village offers many varied walking paths along the sea. There are several swimming spots here, both from mountains and sandy beaches. During other times of the year it is quieter. We find pleasure in that too!
