Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The apartment is located in the beautiful idyllic Rupertiwinkel. Our great garden at the edge of the forest, with birdsong and the sheep on the pasture next door, overlooking the mountains is pure relaxation. The best way to get to us is by car. The apartment is located in the basement. Cleaning agents and disinfectants are there. A bike path leads around Lake Waginger and Lake Taching, the warmest lake in Bavaria. The heath hike with the moor lake is only a kilometer away.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The Leitnerhof is located on a hill above the Surtal in the middle of a rural landscape with meadows, forests and pastures in the beautiful Chiemgau, which invites you to go hiking and cycling. The Chiemsee can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Waginger See in 15 minutes. Salzburg can be seen from the farm and is only 30 km away. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

Relax in this special and cozy accommodation. Newly designed one-room apartment in a quiet yet central location. Ideal for all kinds of excursions. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Do you like to be outside in nature, but don't want to miss the city? Then this is the place to stay! The accommodation is surrounded by meadows and forests. Directly from the front door you can take a trip to the Stoißer Alm and then cool off in the very nearby outdoor pool or explore Salzburg 😊

This accommodation is brand new and offers wonderful mountain views. It is a new construction with upscale amenities. For example, the kitchen is equipped with a granite countertop and appliances from Miele and there is a large bright bathroom with a rain shower. The location is central in Teisendorf, stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Teisendorf is easily accessible by train as well as by car.

Feel-good home near Salzburg

The apartment is located in a small apartment building on the second floor, not far from Salzburg. The starting point is excellent! By car, bus or train, you only need a few minutes to get to the romantic old town of Salzburg. You can also reach the picturesque Berchtesgaden very well from here, as well as various other destinations. I warmly welcome you to this lovingly furnished apartment!

Here is a huge trailer with everything you need, even a separate shower and oven. Perfect for both short and long stays. On top there is a great view over wide fields and the beautiful Alpine panorama. Pets and of course children are welcome here. Children up to the age of 6 stay with us free of charge. If necessary, I will also gladly install fall protection for the little ones.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
