The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

I offer accommodation in a cozy cottage on the grounds of a South Bohemian farm in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

The accommodation provides privacy – you have the entire apartment to yourself. There are 2 beds in the bedroom and 2 beds on the pull-out bed in the living room. You can enjoy the terrace with seating. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walks or cycling in the nearby forests, or the opportunity to visit cultural landmarks. The house stands at the end of the village, not far from Jindřichův Hradec. Our family lives on the ground floor. You can fish in the local pond, and by arrangement, you can book a permit or rent fishing rods from the owner.

Do you want to unwind from the daily hustle and bustle and routine and relax or experience some adventure in nature? In our cabin in the seclusion of the forest, you can relax beautifully and completely switch off. You will not find electricity, Wi-Fi and a hot shower here, the cabin is unique in that you can fully blend in with nature and break away from all the conveniences of today. Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

Jindřichovice Homestead

We offer a short-term rental/holiday home in Jindřichovice near Želetava. The layout includes 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 8 beds, a large living room, a kitchen and a glass-enclosed conservatory. The enclosed garden includes a covered and spacious barn for sitting and barbecuing. The Hottube hot tub is a new addition. The Sud Hottube is available from September 15th.- April 30. The one-time fee of EUR 10 is paid on site. The historic town of Telč is 15 km away. A small children's playground is available in the village.

The building corresponds to 1 + kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or accommodation on a business trip. Larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches also like to use the accommodation.
