Vacation rentals with a kayak in Telemark

Excellent house near the ski slope at the bottom of the mountain. That also means that during the day the sun does not shine on the terraces. The house is well decorated, feels comfortable when it has warmed up (it was -23C) and was spacious enough for the six people we were with. Two cars fit well with the house. The road was kept neatly snow-free. There were no appliances broken, everything was tidy and we would book it again. Great place, good host, nothing to complain about.

Great house, Open plan lounge with fire which was a lovely treat after a long day, great lounging space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were large , comfy, and quiet, lovely hot shower. The house was just perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Emils instructions were spot on and finding the correct parking that suited us was easy based on his pictures and comments to us.

Fantastic find, Olav made us feel so welcome and helped us throughout. We were sad to leave! The house is beautiful and in a very peaceful location, but amenities are nearby. Great location for skiing not far from the house too at Gautefall.

Beautiful house with great interior and large garden. The house was in a great location walking distance to the town and very close to the water. Had all amenities that we needed and really enjoyed our stay. Communication was very good . Perfect house for a family

Beautiful house in a great and quiet location. The nearby road has very little traffic, the lake is only 5 minutes away and you can use the kayak. Uncomplicated and friendly contact with the owner.

The very spacious house is in an easily accessible place, located directly on a beautiful water for canoeing. The house is very clean and super nicely decorated. We felt right at home. We enjoyed the beautiful evening skies until late in the large bay window. Compliments to Mads Ove for his hospitality. We'd love to come back!

Me and my partner had fantastic time at Erik's place in the end of December - beginning of January. This is a perfect getaway place from the busy city life. The views from each window in the house are majestic. We saw swans, ducks and even a fox right from the kitchen window! The place was easy to find and the check in was smooth, Erik kindly allowed us to check in couple of hours earlier. The supermarket and the Norefjell ski resort are just a short (10-15 min) drive from the place. We also enjoyed the sauna a lot. Notwithstanding the frosty weather outside it was always warm inside the main house and the bathroom.

The holiday in the cabin was beautiful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Communication with Einar was always super quick and helpful. Cottage location is perfect. We had a great time as a family with 4 children and can definitely recommend it.

This was our first vacation where we used airbnb and are impressed by the possibilities offered. The booked holiday home has already impressed the listing with its seclusion and its natural location. On site, the experience was even more outstanding. The possibility to reach the cabin on foot was only possible with appropriate boots due to the weather. However, the arrival and transport of luggage is no problem with the rowing boat, which is available. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is available in the charming cabin. In the end, we had way too much luggage with us. There is no boredom at the house and property. Whether you explore the lake by boat, fish, collect mushrooms or explore the nearby hiking trails. As day trips, we used hiking routes to the top of the highest mountains in southern Norway. Overall, we are 100% satisfied with the holiday. 👌🏻

It's a great value, new and modern with quality solutions. Great location for those who want some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings and at the same time not too far away from shops. Very good response and service from host, recommended!

The place isn't cheap, but it's worth it! Very nice house in a great environment, a lot of equipment available at the house, Bolzplatz and volleyball court nearby, (on the island) shopping only a few minutes away by boat! We had a great holiday here - highly recommended. 👌🏻

the house had everything it is stated on the site, well equiped for a big group. the house has parking space for only 2/3 cars, we had to park in a nearby empty cabin. we were suprised that no wood was present on premisses. it was the first time we rented a cabin without wood. the house it self does not need it, it was warm enough, but we had to take a quick run to the supermarket to buy wood for the hot tub, it was not far but it would have been nice to know in beforehand. we also did not find butane for the pizzaovn. the slopes are only a couple meters from the cabin. we enjoyed the stay and recommend.

Wow this place was incredible, truly a hidden gem! Me, my husband, and our dog stayed here & it was perfect! So peaceful & totally private! Our dog could run free in the secured yard, while we had a bbq & watched the stunning views! We definitely want to come back with friends & family! We highly recommend if you are looking to get away! Andreas was also so helpful! Great communication

Had a pleasant stay in cottage. Despite the rain, we entertained with darts, maps, swimming, fishing kayaking hiking and more. Because of the weather, burning wood was pleasant. Beautiful location
