The house is located with less than 1 hour's journey to: Bø with summer land and climbing park Kongsberg with the Silver Mines and Alpine Centre/Ski Center Rjukan with World Heritage, bathing land, climbing park and Gaustablikk with alpine and cross country Gaustatoppen, Lifjell and Blefjell To Notodden with Bluesfestival, Stavkirka, Telemarksgalleriet and World Heritage it is about 30 min drive. Just pick and choose experiences and trips or enjoy quiet days and the good life in the countryside.

Cabin in Seljord with beach and own motorboat

This is a place where you can enjoy the days, completely unashamed with swimming, sunbathing and barbecuing. Sun from morning to evening and own private beach and jetty. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need. The bathroom and laundry room are completely renovated in the fall of 2020. Also included in the rent is a small motor boat as well as kayak. Winter months: The outdoor living room is not insulated, but has a heater. The motorboat is not available due to ice on the water. You may have to park at the main road to walk 50 meters to the cabin due to ice/snow in the steep hill.

Small cabin by the lake. Perfect for a getaway from the modern world. Great for relaxing, hiking, fishing, mushrooms and berry picking and swimming. Guests can use the canoe at own risk. There are sheep grazing in the fields and a very special flower meadow. There is a outside seating area with a simple bbq. New bathroom with shower and toilet in the barn. Sauna can be rented for additional cost. Ps. there is no running water in the cabin, this is available few meters away, in the barn.
