Relax in the wood-fired sauna and cool off on the glazed terrace. The property also has a large yard, a shallow swimming area, and a charcoal/wood-fired grill. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

Asunto on remontoitu kauttaaltaan muutama vuosi sitten, jolloin lisäsiipi sisäsaunoineen rakennettu ja keittiö uusittu. Toimiva takka ja makuuhuoneessa pönttömuuri. Tyylikäs ja tilava terassikuisti. Pihassa pihasauna lämmitettäväksi, ja jokirantamaisemat. Läheinen Kirkkotanhuan tie on rauhallinen. Peitot ja tyynyt sängyssä. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet eivät kuulu majoitukseen, joten tuothan omat mukanasi!

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Hirsimökki 1982, peruskunnostettu 2011, tupakeittiö lisävuode kahdelle, makuuhuone parivuode, kodinhoitohuone/pukuhuone, puulämmitteinen sauna, suihku saunassa, kaksi lasikuistia ja avokuisti. Keittiössä myös puuhella. Väljät tilat pariskunnalle ja parille lapselle. Kohteessa saatavilla lapsille vielä muutama ylimääräinen lisävuode (ilmapatja) ja levitettävä sohva. Mökissä on ilmalämpöpumppu, jossa myös viilennystoiminto.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.
