The apartment is equipped with all the amenities and has maintained its original structure with the exposed bricks that make it cozy, unique and very quiet as it is located in an interior courtyard

Bus stop 17 is a short distance away, which takes you to the Olympic Stadium in about 20 minutes. Nearby we find food, pharmacies and restaurants, ensuring a comfortable stay.
