In person or automated check in (if required), always available if needed. The house is in a calm, quiet neighborhood close to Downtown San Antonio. Walk to the Pearl Brewery and museums. Coffee shops and gas stations are nearby, and it's close to the Riverwalk, Alamo, and Alamodome. AT&T Center is a 10-minute drive away. For less than $10 you could catch an Uber into the city and experience The Alamo, Tower of the Americas, River walk, Alamodome, Convention Center, Tobin Center. There are plenty of scooters available to get around downtown if you want to get to know the city better. Access to the apartment is directly from the private parking/backyard. The apartment is located on the second floor. One flight of stairs up. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. If you're looking for a place to host a rager, please keep looking. City of SA Hotel Occupancy TAX (HOT)due in CASH at Check-in The City of SA recently enacted a HOT of 10% to Airbnb guests of the total of the reservation, the same TAX paid at hotels. At check-in please be prepared to pay it IN CASH OR VIA RESOLUTION CENTER through Airbnb. This tax gets paid directly to the city as if we were an hotel.

Green Door Lofts-Retro Loft - Silos/Downtown

The Retro Loft is a hip urban loft with a trendy mid century design that also draws in the fashion and culture of the 60's and 70's. A pair of side by side French doors overlook a quiet courtyard heated pool. Skylights bathe the living room in natural light, making it the perfect place to relax. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with pressed, triple-sheeted linens. In the living room there is wall mounted queen-sized Murphy bed with the most comfy 11 inch memory foam mattress you may ever experience. The loft has an in-unit washer/dryer. Guests will also love the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with coffee and tea. Entertainment includes a large screen SmartTV with Direct TV/Netflix and LED lighting to help set the mood for any occasion. The building's courtyard has a seasonally heated pool with lounge chairs and tables. The mezzanine deck overlooks the avenue below - perfect for people watching! A unique code for keyless entry makes check-in and check-out flexible and convenient. The owner lives on-site and can be reached by cell phone any time. We're happy to provide suggestions for local eateries and activities, in addition to the loft's information guide. The complex is in the heart of the bustling Silo District, next door to the historic Hippodrome Dinner Theater and steps away from eclectic shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms, Magnolia Market, and live music. Downtown Waco has plenty of free street parking and Ubers are readily available. Free parking is provided in our private garage on the ground level below the lofts. The loft is walking distance to the Silos, downtown shops, and restaurants. A free Trolly bus takes visitors to all the cool shopping areas including the Solos. The 11 Oaks Townhouse in Walkable Downtown Neighborhood

Gaze over at the Capitol while dining on the expansive rooftop area, with an additional deck just off the living room. Nestled among the towering trees that give it its name, this property also comes with a little library and peaceful reading nook. The townhouse is comfortable, warm and welcoming. We call it the 11 Oaks Townhouse because of the beautiful trees located on the property. The townhouse is located 4 blocks from the Texas Capitol and is an easy walk to state government, downtown and the University of Texas buildings. Beautiful townhouse nestled among towering live oaks. 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 2 baths, and a double-bed size sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps six comfortably. May be combined, pending availability, with Eleven Oaks Suite to provide accomodations for eight people. Your hosts, who live in a separate building on the premises, are homeowners Ted Siff and Janelle Buchanan and one of their two daughters. Two cats also live on the property, though they don't have access to the Townhouse. Ted and Janelle are on call to meet any need. Stroll only a few blocks to come to some of Austin's best restaurants and clubs, along with big-name boutiques. Walk to the University of Texas Campus and the Darrel Royal Memorial Stadium, and go exploring on scenic hiking and biking trails nearby. Several bus lines run nearby and the neighborhood is extremely walkable. Because of the central location, Austin B-Cycle as well as cabs and UBERS are easy to come by as well. Eat-in kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes, glassware and utensils. Small deck off living room with table & chairs. Awesome roof-top deck with views of the Capitol and table for six. The third bed is in the living room with a door which provides complete privacy.

My place is clean, modern, private, light and furnished with attention to detail and design. It's close to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, ABGB, Soup Peddler - Real Food & Juice Bar, Gourdough's, Papalote, Phoenicia, Broken Spoke, Torchy's, Red's Porch, Kerbey Lane, Matt's El Rancho, Patika Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Wheatsville, Maria's. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees. My place is the back unit in a duplex. It's very private and quiet, set off from the street. I'm easy to reach via Airbnb messaging, email or phone, happy to offer local tips. And of course I'm available should anything come up during your stay, as is the housekeeper. Listen to the quietness of this green and hilly neighborhood, close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs. Alternatively, head for nearby South Lamar, which is loaded with restaurants, shops, cinemas, and cafes—there's plenty to do right nearby. My place is two blocks from a bus stop (on South Lamar that goes to Barton Springs, Bouldin Creek, downtown, etc.). 3 NIGHT MINIMUM OCTOBER 9–16 (during ACL Fest).
