A lovely family home right in the middle of Wemeldinge Marina, with the sea at the end of the road. Set in a cosy village, which has a small beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km from the house, and cycling paths everywhere. The house is able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so I am afraid that I will have to turn down any requests from groups or families with more than four adults.

Super location on the water accessible by car. 10 minutes from the central station in Leiden. No pets. Also on walking and cycling route. Rural environment. Roosters present! Possibility present for boat trip over the lakes with the owner!

Two bedrooms for two people each, with the possibility of an extra bed. One bathroom and two toilets, and everything is on one level. There is a small walled garden where you can sit outside and possibly use the BBQ provided. Four-legged friends are warmly welcome. Cities like Alkmaar and Amsterdam are close
