The house is very private but at the same time has quick access to restaurants, beaches, lagoon, canals etc. The property is open plan on the living area downstairs and has direct access to the canals via a private jetty and also has a large private pool. Outdoor living and relaxing at its best.

Sunny deck to enjoy the views and a Fireplace to add atmosphere and warmth on cooler evenings. So close to town but quiet and private.
