Georgi was very kind and always responded very quickly. We felt very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and towels/linens smelled very fresh. Kitchen was very well equipped. A perfect place to stay and definitely recommend. Location was also very good. We'd love to come back, thank you!♥️

Natalija's apartment was very clean, had all the amenities needed even more than we expected, the location is great, the beach and all the restaurants and shops are just around the corner. The communication with Natalija was smooth and easy.

This is a beautiful appartement in a very old building. First impression at the main entrance was a let down as the door knob fell off and although I asked them to fix it, they claimed they needed approval from all the other owners. Really, a few screws would have done the job and removed any rust being stuck inside in case of emergency. The flat is great and has everything one needs (with the exception of mugs - we only got 2 for 4 people and even when asked we were told this was the max capacity. On the contrary, we got 10 espresso cups!). The beds are comfortable, it was clean and airy. Excellent location and walkable to everything and with shops, cafe, and bakeries close by. Overall I would recommend it. It’s a bit more expensive than is worth, but it’s good for a long w/end. A few more mugs, maybe a few more espresso capsules (got 4 for 3 days booking for 4 people…), and a more responsive and helpful service would be appreciated.

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

A modern, stunning, and very clean apartment ...wishing i could stay here forever. The location works perfect , super close to the airport, a few minutes walking distance to Sofouli street and "Nea paralia" the waterfront of Thessaloniki. The host was friendly, attentive and always available. There is some noise from the street (earplugs will help), but that won't stop me from staying here again.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed it here with the four of us as a family. Our first time in Greece is super experience with this property. Despite the messy area from the airport to the property for us, this accommodation stood out here with its modern look and maintained amenity. Peraia is a lovely coastal town from where we have a part Have discovered from Greece. With Thessaloniki a short journey away and the lush boulevard of Peraia itself. Where to find more than enough good affordable restaurants. The host was super friendly and helpful. The pool and garden were great every day. Highly recommended for everyone.

A really great place. Very simple but perfect for our needs plus the SYOSS shampoo was a plus for us girls. It is high up in the old city which we liked because of the charme and you are close to the touristic attraction in the old town. If you come from the city centre it is a small hike up to the appartment which was our workout for the day :) we can recommend it absolutly if you need a simple place to sleep and enjoy your breakfast at the balcony. The hosts are really fast in responding and helpful! We could already check in earlier for the same price which was really nice! Thank you again :)

Great apartment with modern amenities and thoughtful aesthetics. Located only five minutes walk from the metro station, offering direct access to the city center and basic transportation.

We enjoyed your stay here. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The space is not huge but very cozy. For us, this was probably one of the best accommodations we found on this service.

Very nice apartment and looked what the images show.Very clean apartment.We had everything we needed.

The flat is very large and bright, very nicely furnished with two separable sleeping areas and comfy beds. The outside balcony is great to enjoy both breakfast and a quiet drink with mezze in the evening. The 5th floor is very manageable as the stairs are large and not slippery. The location is perfect: close enough to the bustling waterfront with specialty shops and numerous restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful night and there are two lurker supermarket right outside. Amenities are complete and well thought, including a very useful electric transformer. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back with great pleasure!

We booked this place very spontaneously. Check-in was very straightforward. Parking was easy in front of the building. The space was impeccably cleaned. The highlight is the view. You have to watch this live. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Very beautiful and special place, as soon as you enter the house you think you are the first to launch it with style and seriousness. Very special. The house has everything even cotton swabs. Inside the center where everything was next door, I was very happy that the hosts shared with me suggestions for the area and I think when there is availability I will choose it again. There is privacy everywhere !! I was very happy with this experience.

Very good stay, easy access, highly recommend! Very close to everything and with MMM you move comfortably everywhere without a problem. Communication was excellent! The next time I find myself in Thessaloniki I will prefer it again.
