Monthly Rentals in Thiou

The apartment was lovely and matched the photos perfectly. It’s very convenient for a couple and only a 10 minute walk from the old town making it both easy to go wonder round and come back to a cosy place to make food and enjoy one another’s company. A bonus feature was the speaker which made it even more enjoyable. Océane also replied very quickly and made it easy to access the flat at a flexible time.

We stayed for about 3 months in the accommodation in Raphaël. Everything was suitable for longer stays! He is a very responsive and warm host. What a good thing to say! I would highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. The accommodation is close to activities to do around the lake as well as various restaurants within a perimeter of less than 20 minutes. Very nice experience.

Delighted to have returned a second time to this wonderful place. Already knowing the place and the apartment, we were able to enjoy a nice stay in Annecy again. We recommend again, without hesitation, Mathieu and his wonderful home.
