We had a wonderful stay at this amazing location near Mahabalipuram. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had comfortable beds, an equipped kitchen, shower and bathroom. There was convenient parking space inside the premises. It offered a peaceful retreat from the city, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to both the beach and local attractions. The host was incredibly warm and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, and all amenities were in perfect working order. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and unwind by the coast. Would definitely love to stay here again!

This is the second time I'm staying in this flat. I stayed in this flat for 5 days without any issues. Before my stay, I worried how the flat is going to be, but I felt very relaxed after entering into this flat. This apartment is a bigger community with all amenities. Flat is very neat as seen exactly in pics and Ashraf sir provided all required things before entering, including water. Everyday he checks if I'm facing any problems and ready to provide required support. He gave all instructions to keep my stay pleasant. Never felt that I'm staying in an unknown place with the way he treated his guests. He is always reachable whenever in need. Location is in prime area, very close to main road as we can get everything we need, with all shops around within the range of 5 mins walk. I like it very much and always prefer to stay next time when I come to Chennai. Thank you very much Ashraf ji for all the support and making my stay very comfortable.

Perfectly located near/in the center of Mahabalipuram. Great view from the roof deck. Neighboorhood and Neighbors were wonderful and friendly. Lots if of food iotuons and things to stroll by inckuding the beach!!
