Family stay for Christmas. Perfect accommodation with a distribution that allows you to have 2 separate sleeping areas for 2 families. Clean place, great location. The bedding is comfortable, and there is the necessary "vital" for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, herbal teas etc....) it's appreciated. Thank you!

We had a great time at La Couarde for the Easter holidays. We were looking for a house with a beautiful living space, warm, well arranged and well decorated in case of bad weather, Nicolas's house met all these criteria. As soon as the front door opened, we felt wonderful in this very beautiful house. The kitchen is beautiful and very functional, the glass/glass window overlooking the small green courtyard brings a beautiful light, many extra lighting make it possible to put a nice cozy atmosphere. In short, we loved it!

A beautiful immersion in the heart of the Couarde, a short walk from the center and shops, as well as a 10-minute walk from the beach. The house is very nice, even at 5! Emilie and Benjamin were very responsive and accommodating, throughout our interactions.

We had a lovely stay with the family, the accommodation matches the listing very well, quiet neighborhood while being close to Les Sables d 'Olonne. We will come back and recommend it.
