I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed. Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park. Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

There are also two queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses. The two TV's have Netflix subscriptions and a Roku for other shows. Wireless is screaming fast. There is a private deck through french doors with a skyline view.
