Its proximity to major roads (highway, ring road, Paris road) and public transport will allow you to access the main tourist sites: from the Nantes vineyard to the charm of Carquefou (Port Jean, La Fleuriaye...), the city of Nantes and its castle, not to mention the major exhibitions (the machines of the island, the Zenith of Nantes) or the sea less than an hour away!

Equipped with a 20 m2 terrace and 70's inspiration, everything has been thought out for maximum comfort. The tram is 400 m away and all shops are nearby. Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Charming outbuilding in a green setting with independent access through our garden. You have a large bedroom and a shower room with toilet. A coffee maker is available. Following the recommendations of guests, we added a table and a small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, without overlooking neighbours. Possibility to park your vehicle and bikes. The lodging facility is located near the banks of the Loire.

Nice 30 m2 studio, completely new (2023) Located in the southern district of Vertou, opposite the vineyards and 5 minutes from the Pôle Sud shopping center. Direct access to walking tours from the house. 20 minutes' drive from the center of Nantes. The apartment is adjacent to our house, with a private parking space. Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet neighborhood, accessible only by car.

Very nice and spacious mezzanine studio on garden

You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.

In a quiet and leafy residential area, close to the tram-train, the ring road (near the airport), shops, a leisure area (cinemas, restaurants), I welcome you to a house with a garden, equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen-size bed. The accommodation includes wifi, a TV, a washing machine, an oven and a microwave. Easy and free street parking. Linens and towels are provided. No smoking allowed.
