The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed (140-150cm), TV, kitchenette, shower/WC and balcony. Zell am See Kaprun Summer card is included in the price! Our house is very centrally located directly next to the Zeller-CityXpress (mountain railway to the middle station of the Schmittenhöhe) in a quiet location. At the same time, however, it is only a 3-minute walk to the centre of Zell am See. Our apartments are south facing and offer a nice view.

A real gem! In the house there is a small wellness oasis, in front of the door there is a beautiful hiking trail...

Es besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV, Schlafcouch, Balkon, Kleiderschrank, Küchenzeile, Essbereich, Garderobe und einem großen Bad mit Badewanne und WC. W-Lan, Parkplatz sowie die Nutzung des Skikellers, sind kostenlos. Wir als Deine Gastgeber wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Dein Eingang ist natürlich separat.

The apartment is located in the city center - within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025.
