With bike shelter, eBike charging stations and private car parking space - perfect for cyclists, nature lovers and explorers!

In a lovingly renovated, listed three-sided courtyard, the guest apartment is located in the upper part of the former stable building. Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

Autumn is finally here! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds chirp cheerfully and the forest lake calls the hardened to a swim (12 min walk). You will sit on the terrace all day, make a campfire and chill – and heat up the sauna in the evening! When it gets cold, you can heat up the kitchen stove and make yourself comfortable. Since the civilization is far away, go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

The small apartment "Nordlicht" welcomes you in the heart of the Mulden city of Grimma. Right in the center, with plenty of parking and a private terrace in a well-kept garden, you will find everything you need and even more. It can host up to four persons, each with a double bed and a sofa bed. The brand new fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. You can start cooking directly, even the spice rack is filled.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The apartment on the 3rd floor is about 35 m². The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. In the kitchen you will find a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and pots. The price includes the linens and towels. Coffee and various teas are available. If you like to cook, you will also find salt, pepper and rapeseed oil.
