Apartment, spacious, fully equipped and modern with its "balneo bath". Quiet, located on the ground floor, you will benefit from a private courtyard.

The apartment is on 2 levels (50 m2) and is located in our house which dates from 1774. Equipped to accommodate 1–3 people (+ baby). Located in the heart of the old quarter of EGUISHEIM. The independent entrance, accessible by a few steps, is at the back of the house at 7, Rue des Trois Châteaux. Eguisheim is one of the most beautiful villages in France and is located on the Wine Route and the five Châteaux, in the middle of the vineyards. 3-star cottage.

Emie's cottage is bright and cozy, it has a capacity of 2 people, comprising a single bedroom, shower room, large living room and kitchenette. Great for enjoying a stay in Alsace! Enjoy walks in the vineyard, the surrounding mountains, and visit typical Alsatian villages to discover our delicious Alsatian gastronomy. Rouffach is located 10 minutes from the A35, 10 minutes from Colmar, 1 hour from Strasbourg, and 15 minutes from the Anneau du Rhin racetrack. For snow lovers, the ski resorts of Lac Blanc and Markstein are 45 minutes away.

Our F2 cottage is located at the end of the garden of the family property. It is self-contained, with a separate entrance and a private garden. It is 50m², it can accommodate from 1 to 4 people. Pets welcome! You will have a bedroom with 1 double bed of 1.60 m and a closet, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and wc. Flat screen TV and free wifi. Parking possible in the paved courtyard.

This studio is an annex of our house and has an independent entrance from our accommodation, shared with the studio on the 1st floor. Parking is available on the street for free. You have an outdoor area of approx. 10 m2 with a table and chair to have an aperitif or breakfast in the sun ☀️

Gîte D'Âme d'Alsace for 2 to 5 people. Charming 130 m2 apartment located near the bell tower in the center of Rouffach, close to Colmar and the picturesque villages of the vineyard (Vosges). It will captivate you with its atypical side and the warmth of its neat decoration in the spirit of the seasons in Alsace. The accommodation has several stairs (Not suitable for people with walking difficulties.)
