We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

We had a nice stay for an Easter weekend. His place is clean and the temperature was set up right. The kids enjoyed the game room. The location is great, we're able to commute to downtown and Lake George easily. Thank you, Shane.

This is my second time staying at this location, the first time I stayed in the upstairs apt. The pictures are as described and the place is conveniently located to town. The place was clean and the bed linens were very good. Meghan and her team are very communicative and I will definitely stay at this place again. It’s a great value.

Dan’s place is wonderful for a quiet, romantic getaway. We loved the deck and the big green space to walk our dog. The apartment was spotless and smelled clean. Dan was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I are hoping to come back someday!

They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home and welcomed—from the delicious fresh cookies waiting for us, to thoughtful local dinner recommendations, to a couple of truly lovely conversations. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated with such care and personality. There were so many delightful little touches that made the space feel alive, welcoming, and peaceful. It was the perfect blend of charm and comfort. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, neighborhood-y vibe with easy access to the heart of Saratoga Springs. Whether we were walking to restaurants, exploring nearby parks, or just relaxing indoors, it felt like the ideal home base. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one stands out! We will absolutely be back—and would recommend this gem to anyone looking for a warm, thoughtful, and memorable stay in Saratoga Springs!

This was a perfect place to stay in the town of Saratoga Springs. About 10 minute walk to downtown, felt very safe and good parking lot for our cars. The condo was better than expected. It felt more like a home, beautifully done and great amenities. Very clean and spacious. Sitting areas were very comfortable and loved the open bright concept. Would definitely stay again if we return to Saratoga! TY to our host too for going above and beyond on a couple of our requests.

I had a great time at Lena me and my family were a big group we were able to have breakfast dinner everyone had their own space privacy and rooms there were towels washing machine dryer everything you needed I will definitely be returning with my gang of children

Gordon is extremely conscientious and was very available without being intrusive. Property had a lovely private back deck to sit and read! Also a visit from a bunny from time to time added to the serenity of my visit! Easy walking distance to downtown and the neighborhood is the best you will ever find! Also a 5 minute walk to a farmers market that is one of the best I have visited! I strongly recommend this Property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. Another nice festure is its just a 20 minute walk to the racetrack! Save $50 on parking! The walk is through lovely neighborhoods of historical houses! Very beautiful and nostalgic! Definitely worth the walk! I hope to stay there many more times!

Seriously the best place you can stay in at this price point. Teresa & Pat’s home is absolutely lovely; it’s cozy, rustic, and absolutely spotless. They’re down the street from one of the best hidden gems in the area, the Adirondack Cafe, and just 10 minutes from Gore Mountain. The location just can’t be beat! We’re so grateful for their tremendous hospitality and look forward to coming back for some spring riding at Gore!

We came to Jill’s place for a weekend of winter fun and it didn’t disappoint. Has plenty of parking for our truck and trailer, room for our family of 4, clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy living space and bedroom. Close proximity to winter activities and snowmobile trails. Overall great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

We spent a total of 3 to 4 weeks, dealing with a family issue. Place is brand new, clean, and super conveniently located. Host very responsive.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! The place was spotless! We felt so comfortable with how clean the space was and it was the perfect size for two. A big perk were the heated floors in the bathroom!! Location was perfect—about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Gillian was quick with her responses whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here when we travel back to Saratoga Springs!

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.
