Enjoy nature and space: our ARTspace offers rare luxury on over 110 square meters in a former sawmill in a protected landscape. ARTspace is a sustainably renovated loft that offers plenty of space and features modern furnishings. Timber-framed elements, regional building materials, art and decor in calming colors, and a wood-burning stove create a cozy atmosphere. The forest, a bike path, and a hiking trail are right on our doorstep. Our property is powered by renewable energy from hydropower.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The beautiful apartment is located in Niefern-Öschelbronn ( district of Niefern) . You can reach Pforzheim in 10 minutes by car, the nearest train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. After the highway exit ( A 8 ) Pforzheim center you can reach the apartment in five minutes. - Guests must agree to the use agreement access data of the user agreement in writing prior to receiving the WiFi access via Wi-Fi. Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor of a detached house with garden and terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac. A parking space is located right by the apartment. Within a radius of approx. 30 minutes are the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps with many hiking trails and excursion opportunities. Stuttgart and Karlsruhe can also be reached easily and quickly via the direct highway connection. The Tripsdrill amusement park is about 45 minutes away.

Wir vermieten auf unserem 2ha großen Waldgrundstück ein idyllisches Schwedenhäuschen für 2 Personen. Für Wellness-Fans ist auch die Buchung einer Massage in unserer Praxis möglich. Unsere mit Holz beheizte Faßsauna ist mit der Naturdusche bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Die Sauna kann kostenpflichtig gebucht werden. Auch Frühstück kann auf Anfrage dazu gebucht werden
