It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

The light-flooded cellar is located on a sunny, quiet vineyard in the Styrian Vulkanland. The spa town of Bad Radkersburg is only 12 km away. The original part of the cellar is made of stone and well over 100 years old and was supplemented by a modern annex made of wood and glass, resulting in a perfect symbiosis of rusticity and modernity. The exceptionally beautiful view over the vineyards to our neighboring country of Slovenia is also convincing.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
